Cancellation Policy

THANK YOU to all of our clients!

We value our clients time and strive to provide exceptional service. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to reschedule your appointment.

However, we kindly request that you give us at least 12 hours notice to your specific barber if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment! Anything sooner may result in a 50% rescheduling charge. All barbers can be contacted through their personal Instagrams!

In the event that you do not show up for your appointment without giving us notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 100% of the cost of the missed service.

This policy helps us ensure that we can continue to provide top-quality service to all of our clients and maintain a reliable schedule for our barbers. Every barber in our space has their own schedules, so please reach out to your specific barber for any schedule changes or cancellations.

If you no-show a service more than twice without reason, you may be subject to a shop ban. All barbers reserve the right to deal with these situations however they see fit!
